SERVICE AND GUARANTEE

The guarantee term for new products is 24 MONTHS and for second-hand products is 12 MONTHS from the date of purchase. We provide the remedy or free replacement of the damaged product/part in maximum 30 days from the notification.
The term of the warranty period is extended with the period when the product is in custody for repairs at the seller. The costs and risks of transport to and from the place where the product is used are the buyer’s. The guarantee is valid only if the product is on the national territory. If you resell the goods purchased from our company, the new buyer will not receive the guarantee we offer you, we are responsible only for you.
We do NOT offer guarantee for accessories (tips, flights, balls, darts, etc.), for the source of the machine and for the parts damages because of the broken source, in case that these parts damaged because of electric fluctuations or if you used wrong plugs.
WE DO NOT OFFER GUARANTEE IF, IN OUR OPINION, PRODUCTS OR PARTS OF THE PRODUCTS DAMAGED BECAUSE:
- mistakes in installation and maintenance;
- negligence or carelessness (in case that you don’t see or if you don’t respect use instructions);
- interventions of unauthorised persons;
- inadequate manipulation;
- the overcome of the using parameters in order to increase your performances;
- changes of the original state of the machine caused by keeping in unsuitable conditions and weather;
- accidents.
In the case of unjustified demand for granting guarantee (in case that you have the wrong impression that there is a damage) or the appearance of unwanted events of foreign origin, you will be forced to pay 30 EURO (BNR exchange rate) for our investiogation work of every machine.
ATTENTION!
During the warranty period, buyer may request the replacement of the product WITH PAYMENT OF A DIFFERENCE, in case that: the period when the machine doesn’t work because of the damages is more than 10% of the guarantee period; the product damaged at least 3 times during the first half of the guarantee period; if the buyer wants to replace the product, no matter what reason he has.
